Two things:
1: In the movie, the clones hat the exact same ability (even IV's) as the originals, and
2: If Mewtwo could change its clone's DNA to give it a new form, why not change it's own DN- Holy Arceus, I just found the answer.

I don't believe that yet, but I'm pretty sure Sylveon's type is really special otherwise they'd reveal it already. Fairy would make sense, but it's really difficult to create a new type now.
Why make Xerneas a fairy, you have Yveltal dark/flying and you made Xerneas fairy, i don't see the logic behind this. If the want the one to be a new type then the other one has to be a new type too.
I like the idea of Yveltal being Dark/Flying but I do not like Fairy for Xerneas. One, it doesn't look like a fairy, and two, light/grass seems more practical for Xerneas. The possibility for light being the new type. Light because it has rainbow colors on it's antlers and rainbows are cause by refraction of light and grass because it's obviously a deer. I know that this is farfetch'd but it's possible.
I still hold that Sylveon is Flying type. When I see an official Nintendo release of a new type, then I'll believe this. Until then, Sylveon is a flying type. You're right though, Nintendo is sure making this a surprise. Anything is possible.
Also...
Why would Mewtwo change its DNA to give itself a new form? Does it have something to do with Team Rocket? Is it because it wants to enlighten itself? Maybe it found its way into Team Plasma's clutches and the new form is the result of Team Plasma gene-splicing experiments? Maybe he was bored silly and had nothing better to do? I'm confused!
A plausible theory?
Incoming news! Get ready. Smash will have Masuda but probably we will see more from CoroCoro.
Not 100% confirmed though.
serebii Wrote:The first details of CoroCoro appears to have come out. Though currently unconfirmed, it looks too legit to be fake. We're currently investigating and translating so keep checking. With special thanks to my friend Gin for translation. First, the Pokémon on the far right is called Gogoat (literally Gohgohto) and is the Riding Pokémon. It's Grass-type, 1.7m and 91.0kg. You can actually ride this Pokémon in the field. It can learn Horn Leech
The lizard appears to be an Electric type, possibly Normal as well, but the name is currently unviewable due to overexposure. It has a new move called BaraboraCharge
The bird is called Yayakoma and is the Japanese Robin Pokémon. It is Normal/Flying, 0.3m and 1.7kg
The panda is called Yanchamu and is the Naughty Pokémon. It is Fighting-type, 0.6m and 8.0kg. It has a new move called Parting Remark
There appears to be more including the game's boxarts, and the Pokédex, as well as the region map but it's not completely visible. We'll bring more as it comes so be sure to keep checking.
Edit: Customisable trainers!

You should be be last one to post in this thread, go to study.
/off topic
So, this is probably everything... No Sylveon,Xerneas or Yveltal type.
I guess tbat next week(or sooner) we will have the English names, the english boxarts and maybe some new infos about these new pokemon.
Gogoat is the best and I hope you can ride it everywhere. Robin and the panda are nice. I don't like the Electric/Normal (Trivia: First ever pokemon with Normal as a secondary type and obviously a unique type combination) very much but it has great potential. And its new move seems nice.
Erikiteru kinda reminds me this.
Also,I believe Yanchamu will evolve to a Dark-Fighting.
And the goat sucks.I prefer my bicycle for moving from town to town.
Yayakoma,I hope you evolve into sth awesome.
I found some info
here.
I don't like them, seriously i hope it's fake.

It's not. I said this before everything was revealed. Now that we have every scan, I can certainly say that they are the real thing.
We even have the Japanese covers!
But,is it my idea or in Y it's Fennekin?
Square Pokedex,Karosu region and Miare City.

that particular combination of letters gives the word "Hideous" a whole new meaning.
is that seriously what they called it?
Who's idea was this?
Anyway at least the rest seem ok.
